Copyright Policy

Vecsys is committed to protecting creators and respecting intellectual property.

Users who upload content they do not own or have permission to use risk permanent removal from the platform.

Original Content Policy

  • Original work only.
  • Properly licensed collaborations are allowed.
  • Public domain content is allowed if properly identified.
  • AI-generated content must be accurately disclosed where required by platform policy.
  • No stolen music, ripped beats, copied artwork, or reuploaded videos.
  • No impersonation or fake ownership claims.

Copyright Agreement

Before uploading, publishing, distributing, or selling content on Vecsys, every user must accept the Copyright & Content Ownership Agreement. This agreement confirms you own or are authorized to use the content, and that you agree to indemnify Vecsys against third-party claims arising from your submissions.

Reporting Infringement

Every piece of content on Vecsys can be reported using the Report action. You can report:

  • Copyright infringement
  • Trademark infringement
  • Stolen artwork
  • Unauthorized music
  • Impersonation
  • Other intellectual property violations

Reports are reviewed by the Vecsys moderation team. Please include a clear description and, where possible, a URL that evidences your claim.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Vecsys automatically escalates penalties for verified violations:

  1. First verified violation. Content removed and a warning issued.
  2. Second verified violation. Temporary account suspension.
  3. Third verified violation. Permanent account ban.

Administrators may immediately and permanently ban users for egregious or repeated violations, and may forfeit earnings tied to violating content where permitted by law.

Platform Enforcement

Vecsys reserves the right to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful legal requests and investigations. See the Terms & Conditions for the complete user responsibility and indemnification language.
