Vecsys offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made through our Service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Contact our support team through your Vecsys account and we'll process the refund through Stripe back to your original payment method.
What is covered
- Vecsys Pro subscription — refundable within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
- Community memberships (Insider, Studio Pass) — refundable within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
- Digital products (presets, kits, templates, ebooks, plugins) — refundable within 30 days of purchase.
- Wallet top-ups — unused balance is refundable within 30 days.
- Bookings — declined or cancelled bookings refund automatically to your wallet per our booking policy; completed sessions are refundable at our discretion in line with this policy.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
