1. Who you are contracting with

You are contracting with 227Studios. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you are using the Service as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. The Service

227Studios provides a creator marketplace and operating system for studios, artists, agencies, and freelancers, including bookings, digital products, membership tiers, content, and wallet-based transactions. Features may evolve over time.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

227Studios retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan and any purchased items. You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payment, subscriptions, and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a product or subscription you also agree to Stripe's payment terms. See our Refund Policy for information about refund eligibility and how to request one.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold 227Studios harmless from claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 227Studios is established. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

13. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, network outages, or acts of authorities.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
